BOOKING POLICY

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Fill in the “Availability check” form with the check-in and check-out dates, number of people as well as other relevant information and then all available rooms will show up.
Then, you may select your room and fill in all the required fields.

CANCELATION POLICY

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Any change in your booking should be done “on time” through our mail: info@vdf.pt

 

WHAT IS OUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancelations done within 7 days before the reservation date, the money paid upfront will not be refunded. In case of the cancelation takes place in more than 7 days before the reservation date, the money paid upfront will be returned by bank transfer.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

HOW CAN WE GUARANTEE THE BOOKING? IS IT JST BY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT?
In order to guarantee the booking, the 50% upfront payment may be done by the following means of payment:

  • Bank transfer – the proof of the transfer has to be received within 24 hours after the time of the confirmation of availability; otherwise, the reservation expires.   
  • Credit Card – its number, validity date and cvc are required.
  • Paypall


WHICH ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT AT VALE DE FERREIROS?
Cash, ATM, PayPall, Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)

 

 

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

 

WHAT’S THE TIME SCHEDULED FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? ANY FLEXIBILITY ON THOSE?
Check-in is done between 4pm and 10pm and Check-out is done till 12am. Other timetable should be confirmed with us on a case by case basis, upon our availability.

 

WHAT’S THE TIMATABLE FOR BREAKFAST? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE IT IN THE ROOM?
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am during week days and between 9am and 11am on the weekends and public holidays. If any change is needed, please contact the reception during daily working hours. Breakfast may be taken to the room if that is asked in advance and subjected to an extra cost.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE OTHER MEALS APART FROM BREAKFAST AT THE HOUSE?
Yes, if booked in advance and upon availability. Price depends on the meal option to be selected.  

 

WHAT IS THE TIMETABLE FOR THE SWIMMING POOL?
The swimming pool is open from the 15th of April till the 15th of October from 9:00 am till 7:00pm. However, if weather conditions are good before 15th of April and after 15th of October, the timetable will be adjusted accordingly.

 

DO YOU HAVE TOWELS FOR THE POOL?
No, we don’t have towels for the pool.

 

WHAT ARE THE RIDING LESSONS BOOKING PROCEDURES? IS IT POSSIBLE THIS BOOKING TO BE DONE BY NON-GUESTS RIDERS?
Guests and non-guests of Vale de Ferreiros Tourism are welcome in our Equestrian Center. All may book lessons both in advance included in equestrian tourism packages and by e-mail being or not a guest.  

 

DO YOU TAKE CARE OF TRANSFERS FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes, if that is asked in advance by e-mail.

 

WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORTO TO VALE DE FERREIROS?
The price from Lisbon airport depends on the number of people coming.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY ROOM FOR DISABLED PEOPLE ?   
Yes, we have on the ground floor of the « Green Windows HousE».
 


ARE FAMILY PETS ALLOWEDED AT VALE DE FERREIROS ?
Yes, they are upon suitable room availability and acceptance of full responsability for any damages incurred.  .

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY BICYCLES AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have for our guests, with no extra cost.
